Domestic Air Conditioning Installation in Bayford, HERTS for Emma & her Cats
Air Conditioning installation — Well Row, Bayford, HERTS
Our Client’s Problem
Emma contacted Essex Cooling after becoming increasingly concerned about the welfare of her indoor cats during the recent heatwave. As her cats are housebound and unable to seek cooler areas outside, the rising temperatures inside her bungalow were making them visibly uncomfortable and causing her significant concern.
Despite using fans and keeping windows open where possible, the property was struggling to stay cool during the hottest parts of the day. Emma wanted a long term solution that would provide a comfortable environment for both her and her pets, while also offering the flexibility of heating during the colder months.
What We Did
After visiting Emma’s bungalow and discussing her concerns, we recommended a 3.5kW Panasonic split air conditioning system. This solution was perfectly suited to the size of the property and would provide efficient cooling during the summer months while also offering an effective heating solution during winter.
Our team carried out the installation with minimal disruption, ensuring the system was positioned to provide optimum airflow throughout the living space where Emma and her cats spend most of their time. As with all of our installations, the work was completed in accordance with current F-Gas regulations and manufacturer guidelines, ensuring a safe, reliable and energy efficient system.
The results were immediate. Emma noticed a significant improvement in comfort levels throughout the bungalow, even during the hottest days of the heatwave. Most importantly, her cats were able to relax in a cool and comfortable environment, giving her complete peace of mind.
An added bonus was the system’s heating function. Emma was particularly impressed with how effectively the Panasonic unit will warm her home during cooler periods and was delighted to discover that it was considerably more economical to run than her existing electric heaters. The new system now provides year round comfort, lower running costs and, most importantly, happy cats and a happy Emma. 🐱❄️🏡
