Our Client’s Problem

Our client wanted to install air conditioning throughout their home but believed it would not be possible due to limited wall space in several rooms. After obtaining a number of quotations, they were left feeling uncertain about the proposed solutions and whether the systems recommended would meet their requirements without compromising the appearance of their home.

What We Did

Following a detailed site survey, our team designed a bespoke air conditioning solution using a Panasonic four way multi split system. This allowed us to connect multiple indoor units to a single outdoor unit, maximising efficiency whilst minimising the visual impact on the property.

To provide year round comfort throughout the home, we installed standard Panasonic wall mounted units in the children’s bedroom, ensuring quiet and efficient cooling and heating. In the future Principal bedroom, where wall space was more restricted, we installed a sleek Panasonic console unit which fitted perfectly within the available space whilst maintaining the room’s aesthetics.
We also installed a wall mounted unit within the home office and the future second childs bedroom(the current main bedroom), creating a comfortable working environment regardless of the season.
All installation work was completed in accordance with current F-Gas regulations and REFCOM standards. Pipework routes were carefully planned, electrical connections were tested and commissioned correctly, and the system underwent full performance testing before handover. As with every Essex Cooling installation, we took great care to protect the client’s property and left the home clean and tidy upon completion.

The Result
The client was delighted with the finished installation. What they originally thought was an impossible project became a practical and attractive air conditioning solution that provides efficient heating and cooling throughout the property. By selecting the correct combination of indoor units and utilising Panasonic’s advanced multi split technology, we were able to maximise comfort whilst making the best use of the available space.
This project demonstrates that even where wall space is limited, there is often a suitable air conditioning solution available when designed by experienced professionals.
