Domestic Air Conditioning Installation in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire/Essex Cooling/Garden Room

Air Conditioning installation — Crossfield Road, Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire

Our Client’s Problem

The client wanted a single heating and cooling system for the Garden Room rather than electric radiators. They were also trying to avoid installing an underground plumbing system to the Garden Room.

What We Did

Essex Cooling Ltd installed a Panasonic 5kW wall mounted split air conditioning system for a Garden TV & Games Room, creating the Perfect Entertainment Space all year round.

This installation was carefully planned during the construction phase, allowing the air conditioning system to be fitted once the first fix electrics had been completed, but before plastering and decoration. By installing at this stage, all pipework, drainage and electrical services could be concealed within the walls, creating a clean, modern finish with no unnecessary surface trunking. Once our installation was complete, the builders were able to continue with plastering, decorating and the final fit-out, leaving a seamless installation that looks like it was always part of the room.

Benefits of the Panasonic 5kW wall mounted split air conditioning system include; wireless remote control, energy efficient inverter technology with low running costs, heating and cooling for year-round comfort and an ultra quiet indoor operation, ideal for entertainment spaces.

The outdoor condenser was positioned neatly alongside the building on anti vibration feet, with all pipework professionally installed to maintain both performance and appearance.

Why Install Air Conditioning During Construction?

Planning your air conditioning installation during the build offers significant advantages. By fitting the system immediately after the first fix electrics, we can:

  • Conceal refrigerant pipework inside the walls.
  • Hide drainage and electrical connections.
  • Avoid disturbing newly decorated surfaces.
  • Achieve a much cleaner, premium finish.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with builders and electricians.
  • Reduce installation time and future disruption.

It’s one of the simplest ways to achieve a high-end finish while future-proofing your new garden room. The result is a comfortable entertainment space that can be enjoyed 365 days a year, regardless of the weather outside.
