Excessive noise from A/C unit
What We Did
Essex Cooling Ltd attended site and carried out a full clean of both the pump reservoir and the drain outlet line to remove any potential blockages within the unit. We ensured the float mechanism is free-moving and unlikely to become stuck, which is believed to have been the source of the reported noise. Reassembled the unit and conducted operational testing. All functions are working correctly. Additionally, cleaned the filters and coil, which were found to be heavily soiled.
