The Problem
The customer had struggled with excessive heat throughout the summer, particularly at night. All four bedrooms became uncomfortably warm, making it difficult for the household to sleep properly. They needed reliable cooling throughout the bedrooms, with enough capacity to run every unit effectively at the same time.
The Solution
Essex Cooling Ltd installed a Panasonic multi-split air conditioning system to provide cooling throughout the home.
We fitted
five Panasonic indoor units, covering the
living room and all four bedrooms.
The system runs across
two outdoor condensers, using a
five-way multi and a two-way multi system.
Getting the Capacity Right
The customer wanted to be able to run the system at
full capacity when needed. This was an important factor when choosing the condensers.
With five indoor units, the outdoor units need to be correctly selected and sized. This ensures the system can meet the required demand when several rooms need cooling at the same time.
We designed the system with this in mind, giving the customer the capacity needed to cool the bedrooms and living room effectively.
A Better Night’s Sleep
Keeping the bedrooms cool was the main priority.
After struggling to sleep during the summer heat, the customer can now control the temperature in
each of the four bedrooms independently.
The living room also has its own unit, providing comfortable cooling during the day.
Using a multi-split system also reduces the number of outdoor units required, giving the property a
cleaner and neater external finish.
Mains Power Supply
The customer also asked us to incorporate the
mains power supplies required for the new air conditioning system.
These were installed as part of the project, then
tested and certified, providing a complete air conditioning and electrical installation.
