Our Client’s Problem
With the recent spell of hot weather, the client found their home was becoming increasingly uncomfortable. Heat was building up throughout the day, leaving rooms feeling hot and stuffy, with very little relief even once the outside temperature dropped in the evening.
Opening windows and using fans simply was not enough to bring the temperature down, and the house was starting to feel more like a greenhouse than a comfortable home.
What We Did
Essex Cooling installed a Panasonic 5-way multi-split air conditioning system, providing the family with a complete heating and cooling solution across the home.
‘From Sauna-Like Bedrooms to Whole-Home Comfort.’
Five indoor units were installed to serve the kitchen and all of the bedrooms, including the daughter’s bedroom on the top floor. During this year’s hot weather, this room had become particularly uncomfortable, with heat rising through the house and leaving it feeling more like a sauna than a bedroom.
The Panasonic multi-split system allows each room to be controlled individually, so the family can cool or heat only the rooms they are using and set different temperatures throughout the home. With multiple indoor units connected to a single outdoor system, it also provides a practical and streamlined solution for whole-home comfort.
The family can now enjoy cooler bedrooms for more comfortable sleeping, a pleasant kitchen during warmer weather and efficient heating when temperatures drop, giving them greater control over their home all year round.
