Woolmans Close/Panasonic/Bedroom & Living Areas
Panasonic — Broxbourne, Hertfordshire
Our Client’s Problem
During periods of hot weather, the elderly couple were finding it increasingly difficult to keep their home at a comfortable temperature. The heat was becoming particularly challenging during the warmer summer days and nights, affecting their overall comfort and making it harder to relax and sleep.
They wanted a simple, reliable solution that would allow them to easily control the temperature in their home, providing a cool and comfortable environment when temperatures rise.
What We Did
The Essex Cooling Solution
Essex Cooling Ltd installed two Panasonic air conditioning units, with each unit sized to suit the space.
Both indoor units were connected to one Panasonic multi-split outdoor condenser. This allowed us to provide air conditioning in two areas of the home while only requiring one outdoor unit.Bedroom – 2.5kW Panasonic Unit
A 2.5kW Panasonic air conditioning unit was installed in the bedroom.
The unit provides quiet and effective cooling. The couple can now keep their bedroom at a comfortable temperature, even on warmer nights.
Living & Dining Area – 5kW Panasonic Unit
The open-plan living and dining area required a more powerful system.
We installed a 5kW Panasonic air conditioning unit to provide effective cooling throughout the larger space.
Comfortable All Year Round
The couple can now control the temperature in their bedroom and main living area independently.
Their new Panasonic systems do more than keep the home cool. They can also provide efficient heating during colder weather.
This gives the couple an easy way to heat the rooms they are using, without always needing to heat the whole house.
The Result
The couple now have a cooler and more comfortable home during hot weather. They also have the added benefit of efficient heating when temperatures drop.
Most importantly, they have simple, easy-to-use temperature control in the areas of their home where they need it most.
